MY BIOGRAPHY

Hi, my name is Taewook Jeon from South Korea, Seoul. People call me Lucas. Now I studying at Johnson and Wales University, I am a senior. Major as Culinary Arts and Food Service Management and Minor as sommelier. I have entered to Culinary School in 2012 located in South Korea, and went to Military Service for 21 months. Then came back to school and I graduated the school in South Korea in 2016. After that I worked for more than two years in the restaurant fields. I went to the United States in the year of 2017, September. I am going to graduate this college on 2020 Spring.
My dream is learn more and more and share my knowledge to the people. After I graduate, I am going to join Culinary Medicine field. I am interested in Culinary as a medicine for patients and unhealthy people. My future dream is not only for a chef but also professional nutritionist in Culinary Medicine.
